||Position Title: Accounting Administrator III - Payroll
This position is responsible for administrative payroll functions including but not limited to the following. Producing or assisting to produce off cycle (manual) checks. Reporting pertinent check information to the banking department and diligently working with them to resolve questions/issues. Ensuring accurate reporting of associate’s taxes, and wages, by performing related research, wage adjustment, voids, stop and reissues as necessary. Assisting with the weekly production of payroll checks (on and off cycle), including sealing, routing, and UPS needs. Researching missing checks and/or direct deposits.
This position is responsible for answering associates’ questions thru HP Service center tickets, phone calls, voice mail, and email. Additional duties will include reporting, trends monitoring, resolving high priority issues, being a direct contact to ASC, and representing the Payroll department. You will engage in special project work, and participate in testing and implementation of system enhancements. You must be a team player that will cooperatively work with our team and the entire payroll team when needed. Occasional weekend work may be required.
